These are some really excellent shorts. Not sure if any shorts are worth this price, but they are really good. They eliminate all chafing and the outer layer remains dry at all times.
Do yourself a favor though, do not order from Bike Somewhere. I have order from them on two occasions and on each occasion it has taken several weeks to receive the product and they do not communicate at all. I will never order from them again and neither should you.

The 100 percent polyester microfiber shell wicks moisture away from your body to the outer layer for quick evaporation and the lightweight Pearl Izumi Ripstop II fabric panels provide extra ventilation when the heat is on. Fully integrated, seamless Ultrasensor-boxer brief is made with stretch fabric for full range of movement stretch with lots of support. With its 8-inch inseam, this is a great short to wear out during the change in season, or off-road on trails and in variable temperature conditions. No matter where you take your Mavericks the superior moisture wicking fabrics, flexible fit, and support will keep your run fun and comfortable for as many miles as you want to go.
Like all Pearl Izumi products the Mavericks Running Short has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, that excludes failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. For best results Pearl Izumi recommends washing its products with detergents free of additives, such as fabric softeners and perfumes, because detergents with additives leave "surfactants" behind on a fabric's fibers that inhibit the technical performance. Hang dry the product or dry it on a low or warm dryer setting. Never use a hot dryer setting or use a commercial dryer as this will damage the fabric's performance.
