I was looking for running shorts that were comfortable for my first marathon and these fit the bill. They were comfortable and they stayed dry even in the most humid training in Tampa, FL. For me they were the perfect length, not too short and not too long. The most expensive running shorts I've ever purchased but so far they have been worth it.

The Pearl Izumi Infinity short is ideal for running and offers an ultra lightweight mini ripstop fabric with a moisture transfer finish to wick moisture away from the body and dry quicker. The side panels feature a perforated mini ripstop for added ventilation. The built in seamless Ultra Sensor float liner keeps you cool and dry and avoids chaffing. Reflective logos aid in visibility. Has a 5" invisible zip pocket at center back waistband (back pocket dimensions are 5 1/2" wide x 3" deep). Features an elastic waistband, internal key pocket, and reflective logos. 4" inseam.
